摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶技术,以硅酸钠为原料制备聚硅酸/四氢呋喃溶胶,再与环氧树脂(EP)及少量偶联剂3-氨基丙烷乙氧基硅烷(APTES)混合,制备EP/S iO2杂化材料。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、DSC、TG及扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对材料的结构与性能进行了表征。
Polysilica acid was prepared by the hydrolysis of sodium silicate in hydrochloric acid. EP/SiO2 hybrid materials has been successfully prepared by sol-gel processes of the mixture of epoxy resin, poly (silicic acid) and a small amount of coupling agent 3-aminopropyl triethyloxysiliane(APTES). The structure and properties of the composite was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, DSC, TG and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).
