摘要
对PVA/PAA-AM高吸水纤维的形态结构进行了研究。以AA、AM为单体,在PVA溶液中二元共聚,并由聚合物溶液纺丝制备出高吸水纤维。分别采用W AXD和SEM对共混纤维的结晶性和相容性进行测定,W AXD证明,纤维中只存在PVA的结晶,其结晶性能随纤维组成、热处理温度、热处理时间变化。SEM观察表明,高吸水纤维在形态上具有微相分离海岛型结构,PAA-AM在纤维中形成均匀分散的颗粒,随AM加入量的增加,颗粒的数目增加。
The morphology of PVA/PAA-AM superabsorbent fibers were measured. The superabsorbent fiber of PVA/PAA-AM has been prepared by solution copolymerization by using acrylic acid （AA） and acrylamide （AM） as monomers in polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） solution then spinning. The crystallinity and compatibility of the fibers was characterized respectively by means of WAXD and SEM. WAXD results point out that there is only crystal of PVA and crystallinity of fiber depends on the complexity of the fiber, heating time and heating temperature. The resuits of SEM indicate that there is a sea-islands distributing microphase separation in the blend fibers of PVA/PAA-AM. The small particles of PAA-PAM distributes in the PVA continuous phase. The number of small particles increases as the content of AM increased.
