摘要
以二硫代β-萘甲酸异丁腈酯(-βCPDN)为链转移剂,研究了偶氮二异丁腈(A IBN)引发和热引发条件下的苯乙烯(S t)RAFT聚合,结果显示:聚合动力学虽然未呈现一级线性关系,但所得聚合物的分子量(M-n)随单体转化率升高而线性增大,与理论值(M-n,th)较吻合,分子量分布指数(PD I)维持在较低值(<1.3)。同时考察了配比以及聚合温度对聚合可控性的影响,发现A IBN引发时,[-βCPDN]0/[A IBN]0值为2至3时聚合的可控性较好,热引发时聚合温度采用100℃,聚合的控制性最佳。
The reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerizations of styrene in bulk using 2-cyanoprop-2-yl β-dithionaphthalate (β-CPDN) as chain transfer agent and with or without AIBN initiated have been studied. The results show that styrene can be polymer- ized in a controlled way by RAFT process using β-CPDN as chain transfer agent. The molecular weights (J~/n) of the polymer increase linearly with monomer conversions and are closed to the theoretical values (Mn.,h) ~ At the same time molecular weight distributions (^-Mw/^-Mn) of the polymer are remained in the relatively low values (lower than 1.3). The suitable malor ratio between [β-CPDN]0 and [AIBN]0 was confirmed to be 2 to 3 when using AIBN initiating the polymerizations. The controllability of polymerization is the best at 100℃ when thermal initiated the polymerizations.
