摘要
以日本水芹为试材,研究了温度、光照条件对水芹种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同温度、不同光照时间及红光对水芹种子萌发影响很大,光照强度对种子萌发影响不大。水芹种子发芽的温度范围为10￣30℃,最适温度为恒温20℃,变温10￣25℃发芽效果也很好。每天光照时间不少于6h能满足发芽需要,光照时间延长对其影响不大。测定水芹种子发芽势的时间为第10天,发芽率的时间为第21天。
The effect of the following conditions on the germination was studied in Japanese leafbud rockress： the different temperature, the different illumination time, the strength of illumination, red light. The results indicated that the strength of illumination has little influence on the sprout, other conditions has big influence. The germinating temperature range of leafbud rockress seed is 10～30℃. The optimum temperature is the constant temperature 20℃, changing temperature from 10℃ to 25℃ has also good effect. The daily illumination time which is more than 6 hours can satisfy the leafbud rockress seed germination, the more illumination time has little influence on the sprout. The vigour should be tested in 10 days, and germination percentage in 21 days.
