摘要
保险代理市场的诚信缺失问题是困扰我国保险市场发展的一个重要问题,运用委托——代理理论,结合最优保险代理合同设计模型,可以分析市场环境各因素,如代理人流动率高、市场主体生存能力弱、消费者缺乏理性等对保险代理市场信用程度的影响,并分析导致其信用缺失的主要原因。在此基础上,提出加快保险代理人立法、改革代理手续费提取机制和领导考核机制等解决信用缺失问题的政策建议,以实现我国保险代理市场的诚信规范发展。
The absence of credibility of the insurance agent market is one of the important factors that perplexing the development of insurance market. In this article, we use the principal-agent theory and the model of designing the optimum insurance agent's contract to analyze factors that causing the absence of credibility, such as high turnover rate and comparatively low quality of individual insurance agent, low survival rate of other participants and lack of understanding of consumers, and so on. Then, we put forward some policy recommendations such as reforming the mechanism of insurance agent commission and strengthening legal system construction in order to realizing insurance agent market's credible and regularizing development.
