摘要
深层发酵技术具有周期短、成本低、产量大等优点,利用发酵技术开发灵芝产品,是保证其活性成分稳定并缩短生长周期的重要途径之一。本文就灵芝深层发酵过程中不同营养成分、培养条件,如温度、pH、通氧量、培养时间及接种量等对灵芝发酵生物量和多糖含量的影响,灵芝发酵液中的有效成分及活性作用和灵芝发酵产品的开发现状作一概述。
Submerged fermentation technology has the advantages of short period, low cost and high yield. Developing products from Ganoderma lucidum by submerged culture technology is one of important approaches to ensure the stability of active components and shorten the growth period of G. lucidurn. In this review, the effects of various medium ingredients and different submerged culture conditions, such as temperature, pH, oxygen supply, incubation period and inoculation rate on the fermented production and polysaccharide content of G. lucidurn were described and discussed. The effective compositions of G. lucidurn produced by submerged culture, the functions of these compositions and their application were also presented.
