五指山、二花脸和皮特兰猪的SLA-DQB基因外显子2的PCR-RFLP多态性分析 被引量:14

PCR-RFLP Analysis of exon 2 of SLA-DQB Gene in Wuzhishan,Erhualian and Pietrain Pigs

摘要 采用PCR-RFLP法对五指山猪、二花脸猪及皮特兰猪的SLA-DQB基因外显子2的PCR产物进行了分析,结果显示,SLA-DQB基因外显子2经限制酶HaeⅢ和RsaⅠ酶切共分出9种RFLP组合带型,五指山猪、二花脸猪和皮特兰猪分别有3种、3种和5种组合带型。Hardy-Weinberg平衡分析表明,五指山猪和二花脸猪的SLA-DQB基因外显子2的两个酶切位点的PCR-RFLP带型达平衡状态,而皮特兰猪中只有RsaⅠ酶切位点达到平衡状态。 The exon 2 of SLA-DQB gene in Wuzhishan, Erhualian and Pietrain pigs was analysed by PCR-RFLP method. The results showed that the exon 2 digested by Hae Ⅲ and Rsa Ⅰ could be divided into nine kinds of combined patterns, and 3, 3 and 5 kinds of combined patterns were observed in Wuzhishan, Erhualian and Pietrain pigs, respectively. The frequencies of patterns digested by Hae Ⅲ and Rsa Ⅰ were Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium in Wuzhishan and Erhualian pig populations; however, patterns digested only by Rsa Ⅰ showed the same result in Pietrain pig population.
