摘要
随着连续性血液净化在临床的广泛开展,护理管理问题日渐突出。就人员及物资管理、独立记账及目标管理、质量控制和完善应急机制为目的的排班模式等问题实施了专项管理,并提出了相应的改进意见。
Along with the widespread development of continuous blood purification in recent years,the problems in nursing management are becoming prominent in clinical practice. This article introduced the management measures and proposed some improvement advice aimed at the following problems, such as the management of personnel and materials, independent business accounting, objective management, quality control and nurse scheduling pattern which aimed to improve the emergency project.
