摘要
针对我国硫酸生产原料结构的变易,硫磺进口量猛增受国际市场的控制,国内石膏资源丰富并拥有成熟的石膏制酸技术与装备,提出了用硬石膏(CaSO4)生产硫酸的新原料路线。与以硫磺或硫铁矿为原料相比,硬石膏制硫酸(联产水泥)的生产成本比硫铁矿制酸的低(分别为244.63、287.50元/吨),每吨硫酸的建设投资为413.70元,与硫铁矿制酸的406元/吨不相上下,资源综合利用,认为湘福的“10-15工程”是可行的,该项目对稳定我国硫酸市场,开辟硫酸生产的新原料路线具有战略意义。
A new raw material route for the production of sulphuric acid with anhydrite(CaSO_4) is proposed for the fact that the raw material structure for sulphuric acid production in China is changed,the sulfur import is increasing significantly and is controlled by the international market,and there are abundant gypsum resources in China with mature technology and equipment for production of sulphuric acid with gypsum.Compared with raw materials such as sulfur or pyrite,the cost for production of sulphuric acid with anhydrite with joint production of cement is lower than that of sulphuric acid production with pyrite(244.63 Yuan/t and 287.5 Yuan/t respectively).The construction cost for sulphuric acid is 413.70 Yuan/t,which is comparable to acid production with pyrite(406 Yuan/t).The resources are comprehensively utilized and the '10-15 Project' of Xiangfu is feasible.This project has strategic significance to stabilizing the sulphuric acid market in China and finding new raw material routes for sulphuric acid production.
