摘要
在科学发展观视角下,高校的人力资源管理,必须以科学发展观为指导,针对高校人力资源的特征与现状,坚持“人力资源第一”的理念,实行“以人为本”的管理模式;注重人力资源结构优化,促进教师资源的协调发展;注重多元化考核,促进教师资源的全面发展。
Human resources management in institutions of higher learning must be guided by the scientific development concept. In view of the current characteristics and situations of human resources in universities and colleges, the concept that “human resources matter most” should be adhered to and the human centered management model should be adopted. Efforts should be made to optimize the human resource structure, promote the coordinated development of teacher resources, emphasize pluralized assessment to contribute to the allround development of teacher resources, create conditions to push forward the sustainable development of human resources.
