摘要
为解决马钢CSP工艺生产的热轧板频繁出现的边裂问题,通过对铸坯及板材典型边裂试样的解剖并结合现场工艺因素控制状况的调研,认为铸坯边部“过冷”使其矫直时处于裂纹敏感区是边裂产生的原因,而钢中夹杂物及氮、铝的增加是边裂产生的诱发因素。提出了相应的改进措施:加强二冷室二冷状况的检查与维护,适当降低钢中铝的质量分数,提高连铸过程的全程保护浇注的效果,稳定结晶器液面的控制以避免卷渣。措施实施后,边裂发生率由最严重时的23%下降至目前的1%以下。
To solve the problem of frequent edge cracks on the hot rolled sheets produced by Ma gang with CSP process, the casting bar strips, the typical plate samples and the technical control of the site were examined, it is shown that the cause of edge cracks is overcooling at the edge of bar strip and the inducing factor are increase of inclusions as well as content of nitrogen and aluminum. Some steps of improvement are proposed., more efforts in check and maintenance of the secondary cooling chamber; appropriate reduction of aluminum content; improvement of the whole-process protective casting in the continuous casting process; and stable control of the liquid level in mould . After that edge crack occurrence rate has been reduced from 23 % at the worst to the current less than 1%.
