摘要
通过论证瑜伽教育增进身体健康、心理健康和社会健康的价值,揭示瑜伽教育面向未来社会“健身育人”的价值理性,为我国瑜伽教学与锻炼的改革及重构瑜伽教育的理论体系提供依据。
Through demonstrating the value of Yoga education for improving physical health, mental health and social health, the author revealed the reasons for why Yoga education was valuable for “physical exercise and people cultivation” for the society in the future,and provided a reference for the reform of Yoga teaching and exercise in China, as well as for reconmeting the theoretical system of Yoga education.
