摘要
经济体制改革和社会转型的推进,加速了城市社区建设的步伐。本文通过对武汉市“社区建设883行动计划”的考察,以“城市政府工作进社区与执政能力创新”为主题,通过对政府工作职能定位和社区组织职能复位的讨论,根据武汉市社区建设经验和“武汉883行动计划”的要求,分别从理论层面和操作层面,探索了怎样把社会主义和谐社会建设的各项工作落到实处的有效经验。
Centering on the theme of “government work at the community and renovating administrative ability”, this paper makes a review of “Wuhan 883 Action”, positions the government＇s administrative functions and the community＇s organizational functions, and discusses how to put into effect building a socialist harmonious society from the theoretical and practical perspective.
