不连续导电模式V^2控制Buck变换器分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用平均开关模型方法建立了不连续导电模式(DCM)V2控制Buck变换器的小信号模型,得到了相应的交流小信号传递函数,进行了DCM模式V2控制、电流型控制和电压型控制Buck变换器的频域特性和时域特性仿真分析、比较和研究,仿真结果验证了在DCM模式下V2控制方法比电流型控制方法和电压型控制方法具有更好的负载动态响应特性;但是V2控制对输入电压扰动的抑制能力介于电流型和电压型控制之间。 The V^2 controlled Buck converter, in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), is deduced by using averaging model of PWM switch. The output impedance, input-to-output and control-to-output transfer functions are derived. The frequency domain simulation and time domain simulation of V^2 controlled, current mode controlled and voltage mode controlled Buck converters in DCM are performed separately. The simulation results are analyzed and compared with each other. The results verify that the dynamic characteristic when load changing of the V^2 control is better than that of current mode control and voltage mode control. The dynamic characteristic when input voltage changing of the V^2 control is better than that of voltage mode control and worse than current mode control in DCM.
