摘要
骨质疏松症是以骨质量的丢失以及骨组织的退变为特征的骨代谢疾病,成骨细胞在骨重建过程中具有重要 作用。论述了成骨细胞的生物学特征,以及在成骨细胞增殖、分化、功能表达、凋亡等过程中起调控作用的生物活性物 质。
Osteoporosis is a bone metabolic disease characterized by bone mass loss and its tissue regressive changes. Osteoblast holds an important role in the process of bone rebuilding. In this paper, the biological characters of osteoblast and the modulating active substances on osteoblast are discussed.
