摘要
废弃煤矸石磨碎、焙烧和表面活性处理后,可用作天然橡胶的补强填充剂。将它与几种常用补强剂的补强性能进行了比较,结果表明,改性煤矸石粉的补强性能略好于陶土和碳酸钙,比炭黑的补强性能稍弱。Lee方程计算结果表明:煤矸石粉经偶联剂处理后,在橡胶中有较好的分散性。
A new type of reinforcing agent of natural rubber was made by racking, caulking and surface activating disposal waste coal gangue, Its reinforcing properties were discussed by comparison with some traditional stuffing, The results show that reinforcing properties of ultra fine coal gangue powder is better than pottery clay and calcium carbonate, and less worse than charcoal black. The calculation of Lee Formula shows that the new type of reinforcing agent has good property of dispersion in natural rubber.
