摘要
基于供应链的思想,结合我国房地产业实际情况,以房地产开发企业为核心,从房地产项目全寿命周期的角度提出了房地产供应链管理的概念。运用供应链管理理论,探讨了房地产供应链的合作伙伴模式,并据以分析了房地产企业核心竞争力,以达到控制和降低开发成本,增强企业核心竞争能力的目标。
Based on the theory of supply chain and the situation of real estate industry in china,the concept of the supply chain management of real estate is defined from the viewpoint of all service life of a real estate project.Making use of the theory of supply chain, this paper discusses the cooperation parters in the supply chain of real estate and analyzes the core competence of real estate enterprises in order to realize the object of cost reduction and its core competitive power enhancenmet.
