摘要
根据控制沉降设计理论,采用疏化桩间距的方法,在某高速公路深厚软基处理中设计并使用了带帽PTC管桩。本文探讨了PTC管桩在高速公路深厚软土地基处理中的适用性,介绍了PTC管桩的施工工艺及技术要求,现场监测了PTC管桩静压桩施工过程中产生的超孔隙水压力,并对监测数据进行了分析。为避免静压桩过程产生超孔隙水压力对周围环境的不良影响,提出了消除超孔隙水压力的一些措施,同时应用辩证观点,分析了可利用超孔隙水压力消散的有利条件,达到深厚软基二次固结处理的目的。
According to the control settlement theory, making use of the method of enlarging the piled spacing, PTC (pre - stressed concrete) piles with cap is designed and applied in the deep soft soil ground treatment of expressway. The applicability of PTC piles is discussed. The construction technology and technological requrrements are introduced, the spot observation of pore water pressure conducted during the PTC pile construction, the observation data analyzed. In order to avoid the compaction effect of excessive pore water pressure in the process of the PTC pile construction on the surroundings, some measures are put forward to eliminate the effect of pore water pressure. The advantageous conditions are analized and utilized during the dissipation of excessive pore water pressure, so the aim of secondary consolidation treatment will be materialized.
