摘要
本文根据电化学治癌时在电极间建立稳定的pH梯度场所需的时间,以及癌细胞死亡的平均半衰期,计算了电化学治癌所需的有效治疗时间和有效治疗剂量,为临床治疗中确定该二参量提供了一种理论依据,也为电化学治癌提出了一些理论依据。
Based on the time needed to build up pH gradient between electrodes and the mean half-life of cancer cells dying, the effective treatment time and dosage needed for electrochemical treatment of cancer were calculated. The results provide a theoretical basis for determining the magnitudes of these two parameters dealt with above in practical treatments. Some basic research problems for electrochemical therapy are also presented in this paper.
