摘要
目的建立红景天注射液中红景天苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),流动相为乙腈-水(5∶95),检测波长278nm,流速0.8mL/min,分离度(R)大于1.5,理论塔板数大于3000。结果红景天苷在2.5~12.5μg范围内呈线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=262440C-91194.8,r=0.9999;加样回收率为98.23%,RSD=1.12%。结论本法测定红景天苷的含量灵敏、专属。
Objective To establish a method for detecting the effective component Gadol glycoside in rhodiola root injection. Methods Tyrosol content in rhodiola root was detected by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) under mobile phase acetonitrile-water (5 : 95), detection wavelength 278 nm, flow rate 0.8 mL/min, resolution〉 1.5, theoretical lameUar number〉3000. Results There was a linear relationship within the concentrations of tyrosol from 2.5 to 12.5μg. The regression equation Y=262440C-91194.8, r=0.9999; accuracy test: RSD=1.32%; reappearance test: RSD=0.78%; and the rate of recovery of sample-adding: 98.23%, RSD=1.12%. Conclusion The present method for detecting the glycoside of Gadol is sensitive and applicable.
