摘要
运用共混的方法制备了耐热级合金ABS。通过调节耐热改性剂SMA与ABS的用量比例,发现该合金的热学和力学性能都呈规律性变化,这样可以得到不同耐热级别的ABS。该合金的冲击性能可达264J/m,热变形温度高达109℃,这种高抗冲高耐热型ABS/SMA合金具有重要的实际运用意义。
Heat resistant ABS/SMA blend was prepared by means of blending. It was found that the thermal behavior and mechanical properties of the blend showed disciplinary change with the change of the blending ratio of ABS to SMA. Hereby, ABS/SMA blends with different heat resistance order could be prepared. The impact strength of the blend could be 264 J/m, and the highest heat distortion temperature was 109℃. The ABS/SMA blend with high impact resistance and heat resistance properties had important application intention.
