摘要 目的研究细胞角蛋白在淋巴结非上皮细胞中的表达,以阐明用角蛋白染色检测微转移的特异性。方法用免疫组化方法检测AE1/AE3、AE1、AE3和CK8在肠梗阻和Crohn病患者肠系膜淋巴结的表达。结果AE3和CK8染色中分别有29枚(45.3%)和64枚(100%)淋巴结出现阳性细胞,AE1/AE3和AE1染色中均未观察到阳性细胞;同时CK8染色中血管内皮细胞也出现阳性表达。结论淋巴结的纤维型网状细胞也可出现细胞角蛋白表达,用免疫组化检测微转移时AE1/AE3是可选择的抗体,但同时需结合细胞的组织形态学。 Objective To study the incidence of cytokeratin reactivity in native nonepithelial cells of lymph nodes (LNs) in order to show speciality of detection for micrometastasis based on cytokeratin staining Methods staining with AE1/AE3, AE1, AE3 and CK8 antibodies was performed on paraffin sections of mesentery lymph nodes from patients with ilues or Crohn' s disease. Results Cytokeratin reactivity was found in fibroblastic reticulum cells in 29 (45.3%) and 64 ( 100.0% ) of the 64 LNs, respectively, with AE3 and CK8 but not with AE1/AE3 and AEI, and endothelial cells were also positive for CKS. Conclusions The fibroblastic reticulum cells in lymph nodes could express cytokeratin. Detection of immunohistochemistry of AE1/AE3 antibody should refer to morphologic features.
