摘要
目的观察滋阴活血润肠药便可通对SD大鼠烫伤后1周内肠壁组织T淋巴细胞和IgA浆细胞数量的变化及内毒素的影响,探讨本法对肠黏膜屏障保护作用的机制,以期为临床探寻更有效的肠黏膜保护药物。方法SD大鼠70只随机分成三组,滋阴活血润肠药治疗组(便可通组)30只,对照组(单纯烫伤组)30只,制备成烫伤模型,分别予以便可通、生理盐水灌胃;另正常组10只;均检测T淋巴细胞和IgA浆细胞数量的变化及内毒素的含量。结果滋阴活血润肠药便可通可明显抑制烫伤模型大鼠内毒素易位,增加CD3+、CD4+、IgA细胞数量。结论滋阴活血润肠药便可通有较理想的肠道屏障保护作用,预防肠道屏障功能障碍引发的全身炎性反应综合征和内毒素血症;能够有效抑制烫伤大鼠炎性细胞因子的过度释放,从而减轻急性炎性反应,避免组织器官进一步损伤并可增加免疫调节功能,此为保护肠道屏障的重要机制之一。
Objective:To investigate T- lymphoid cell and IgAs strach the vaviety of the cell quan;ty and the influence on the endotoxins by Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation to Lubricate Intestines dose (NPL) of Chinese herb Bianketong (便 可 通 ) on burn of SD rats;inquirying into this method to protect the mechanism of the function to Lubricate Intestimes;taking expect as the clinic to explore the more valid bowel mucosa protection medicine.Methods:To SD rats were divided into 3 groups,treatment group of Bianketong 30 animals,control group(the pure burn group) 30 animals,and normal group 10 animals.Group 1 and Group 2 make to become the burn model and give the physidogy brine to infuse the stomach.All examine the T- lymphoid cell and IgAs to strach the variety of the cell quanity and the content of the endotoxines.Results:NPL can repress to burn of rat endotoxin of model obviously,increascsing the CD3+ , CD4+ cell quanity of IgA.Conclusion:The NPL has ideal protectire function on intestinal mucous membrane barrier,it can prevent SIRS and endotoxemia due to the dysfunction of intestinal mucous membrane barrier.The NPL can inhibit the excessive recease of inflammatory cytokine in burn rats,so it can relieve acute inflammatory reaction and avoid advanced lesions in tissues and organs.The NPL can increase the immunity to regulate the function.
