摘要
德来弗斯模型把技能的发展分为"新手——高级学徒——合格者——熟练者——专家"5个阶段,每一个阶段都有其行为特征及所具备的知识形态特点,各阶段环环相扣。职业教育的根本任务之一在于促进学生从新手发展到专家,其教育教学应遵循学生技能发展的特点,注重知识传递与各发展阶段的知识形态相联系。
Dreyfuss mode divides skills development into five phases, which are connected closely. And each phase has their own behavior characteristics and its knowledge forms. One fundamental duty of vocational education is to help students develop from greenhands to experts, Vocational education and teaching must be taken according to traits of students technique development, and pay attention that impartment knowledge must be related with knowledge forms in various development phases.
