摘要
本文从项目群管理理论和企业管理信息系统入手,结合项目管理能力提升的需求,剖析了蓝巢项目群管理的实质-以企业信息管理系统为平台,建立计划和资源调度指挥平台,从而达到项目群管理的高效统一协调和效益最大化。
The efficient and effective interaction between the manager of program and the managers of projects, which depends on the information framework and network to achieve, is the key for the success of program management. Based on e-MIS, the launch program management mode integrates project management P3 and different kinds of management theories and modules to establish the fiat of program schedule and resources controlling, which carry out the benefit utmost of program management via the resources systemically.
