摘要
[目的]评价中药湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对压疮的治疗效果。[方法]通过数据库检索文献,运用随机对照试验评估表对文献进行评估,采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,按Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan4.1软件包进行统计分析。[结果]5篇文献共208例病人符合纳入标准并进入研究,分析湿润烧伤膏对压疮愈合及愈合时间,结果有统计学意义。[结论]湿润烧伤膏治疗压疮有效,可建议临床用于压疮治疗。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of MEBO to treat patients with pressure sore. Method： The data were searched from database, and evaluated with randomized controlled trail assessment scale and Jadad quality assessment scale successively. Then it was analyzed via RevMan 4.1 provided by Cochrane operation network. Result： There was a significant difference in the effect of MEBO on curing and healing time of pressure sore of 208 patients from 5 references, which met to internalizing standard. Conclusion： MEBO is effective to cure patients with pressure sore. It suggested to be used for pressure sore patients in clinic.
