摘要
将四逆汤附子、干姜用量固定，甘草取６个水平，得６个不同配伍的四逆汤，应用薄层扫描法测定其乌头碱的含量，并进行统计学分析。结果表明：四逆汤中乌头碱的含量随甘草剂量的增加而减少，二者呈高度负相关，ｆ＝—０．９９４５。
Based on fixed dosages of Radix Aconiti Preparta and Rhizoma Zingiberis and six different dosages ofRadix Glycyrrhizae,six different Sini Decoctions were prepared.The aconitine in these decoctions was determined byTLC-scanning.Statistical analysis was used in the experiment.It has been confirmed that the quantity of aconitine re-duces with the increase of the quantity of Radix Glyrrhiaae,assuming a significant negative correlativity,r=-0.9945.
