摘要
本文对复方升白灵口服液中的黄芪甲甙先采用氢氧化钾甲醇溶液皂化，再以氯仿－正丁醇提取，应用薄层扫描法，以λＳ＝５００ｎｍ、λＲ＝７００ｎｍ进行测定，平均加样回收率为９６．１％。
A method for TIC─densitometric determination of Astragloside Ⅳ in Compound Shengbai Liquor has been established. Samples were saponifed by methanol containing 2% potassium hydroxide and extracted with chloroform─n-butanol. The spots were scanning with CS-930 scanner (Shimadzu) at λS=500nm and λR=700nm for Astragloside, The average recovery was 90.1%.
