摘要
目的:分析我院精神药品应用情况,为精神药品的合理使用提供指导。方法:选取我院2004年全年门诊精神药品处方,以限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标的分析方法,进行分析。结果:在我院应用的10种精神药品中,8种药物的DUI≤1.0。结论:我院精神药品使用基本合理,个别药品的使用有不合理现象。
Objective： To analyze the situation of the psychotropics used in our hospital in order to guide the rational use of them. Methods： The prescriptions of the psychotropics in 2004 were chosen to analyze the situation of their use of by evaluating DDD and DUI. Results： Of the 10 kinds of the psychotropics, DUI of 8 were not beyond 1.0. Conclusion： The use of the psychotropics was reasonable on the whole, but some of them were not in our hospital in 2004.
