摘要
近年来,温室气体减排政策问题的研究已经成为能源政策与环境管理中的热点问题之一。研究者从不同的角度出发,建立各种数学模型,力图通过理论和实证分析上得到既能实现缓和全球气候变化,又能对宏观经济造成影响最小的减排政策措施。本文在参阅相关文献的基础上,就减排政策问题的研究进行了综述,为进一步开展温室气体减排政策与战略问题的研究提供了基础。
The research on the issues on greenhouse gases emissions reduction policies has become one of hot topics in the area of energy policy and environmental management. Many models and theories based on different options try to find some abatement measures which will not only reduce emissions for mitigating the global climate change, but also have smaller impact on macro-economy. Therefore, on the basis of related literatures, this paper reviews some abatement policies or implements of GHG. Then for China, it is of great reference value and inspiration to develop its own greenhouse gases emissions abatement research and establish GHG abatement strategy in future.
