摘要
主要对影响生产低收缩纤维的工艺进行了探讨,实验结果表明:提高牵伸温度、定型温度、定型时间等工艺可以降低沸水收缩率而制得低收缩FDY。
According to the properties of product, the main process condition of low-shrinkage fiber were discussed in the paper. The experimental results showed that increasing time can reduce the boiling water shrinkage and gain FDY of drawing temperature and set temperature and prolonged set low-shrinkage fiber.
