摘要
目的比较灰毡毛忍冬和不同产地的正品金银花的解热作用。方法采用皮下注射啤酒酵母菌所致大鼠发热模型,观察灰毡毛忍冬和不同产地的正品金银花对发热大鼠的解热作用的比较。结果灰毡毛忍冬和正品金银花均有抑制因新鲜啤酒酵母菌致热大鼠的发热趋势。结论灰毡毛忍冬与正品金银花均具有解热作用,解热强度相当,但正品金银花的作用时间较长。
Objective To study relieving fever effect comparatively between Lonicera macrathodes Hands Mazz. and the certified tios onicera. Methods The model of fevered rat was preparedby fresh S. cerevsiae injected subeutanously. The difference between Lonicera macrathodes Hands Mazz. and the certified flos lonicera from different areas was observed. Result Lonicera macrathodes Hands Mazz. and the certified tios lonicera have same antipyretic effect to fevered rat caused by fresh S. cerevisiae. Conclusions The relieving fever effect of these two kinds tos lonicera are similar. Only the time of certified tios lonicera＇ effect has longer than the other.
