医院宣传工作对内能够增强凝聚力,形成医院发展的合力;对外能够提升医院知名度,塑造医院良好形象;为公众提供信息,引导患者到医院就医;融洽医院与社会的关系,争取社会对医院的理解和支持。现代化医院发展要求宣传工作职能从思想政治教育转变为思想政治教育与市场营销相结合;宣传任务从内向型为主,转变为内向型与外向型相结合;注重改进和创新,探讨做好宣传工作的新模式;加强沟通,实现医院与媒体的“双赢”。
Hospital publicity could improve condensation within hospital and improve reputation and develop better image outside the hospital; provide information to public; keep good relationship with public. Modern hospital development needs publicity transferring from education to connection education and marketing, from to inside staff to both inn and outside; pay more attention on reform and creation and develop new way of publicity; enhance communication to double-win of hospital and ia.
