摘要
新世纪伊始,我国私营企业的发展取得了辉煌的成就。目前我国私营企业迎来了难得的发展机遇,发展空间日益广阔;同时也面临着严峻的挑战,其中最大的挑战就是国际化的竞争。私营企业要想进一步发展就必须不断提高自身素质,提升企业的竞争力。
The development of private enterprises in China has made great progress. Currently, the private enterprises have good develop- merit opportunities such as China＇s WTO entry and governmental policy support but private enterprises have serious challenges such as small scale, low level of industry rank and intemational competition. If private enterprises want to develop, they must grasp opportunities, meet challerge and raise their own quality and competence.
