摘要
试验表明，注干杀虫新剂型─蛀虫灵Ⅱ、Ⅳ防治光肩星天牛药效显著，单株用药量１０ｍｌ，幼虫死亡率８７—９１％，成虫百株死亡．数１４０头，毒力测定试验表明，蛀虫灵ⅣＬＣ５０为０．２０６４７ｐｐｍ，筛选研制的注干杀虫剂——蛀虫灵Ⅱ、Ⅳ属国内首创。
The result from a experiment being conducted to control the capricorn beetle,Aphoplophora glabripennis, by a new technipue of injecting trunk strongly showed that the effectiveness of two kinds of pesticide II and IV,are noticeable,when 10 ml of the pestcide per plant were injected strongly into the xylem of the tree by a special injector,the mortality rate of larve of the beetle was 87-91%.and 140 of adults were killed for average 100 plants of tree.The toxicity index showed that the medium lethal does(LD50)of borecide VI is 0.20647 ppm.Borecide II and IV are the first to be used to control the copricorn beetle in China.
