摘要
研究了植株生长和产量性状差异很大的58个小麦基因型的钾素营养和利用效率.结果表明,成熟期各器官的钾浓度和钾积累量均以茎秆中最高,基因型之间差异显著;以籽粒产量和地上部总生物量分别考察钾效率比和钾利用效率,各基因型不尽一致;每生产100kg籽粒的需钾量变动于1.93~3.3kg.相关分析指出,单穗粒重、单蘖干物质重、收获指数与钾效率比或钾利用效率呈显著的正相关。
K nutrition and utilization of 58 wheat genotypes with great difference in the characters of plant growth and yield components were studied. It was shown that there was significant difference among genotypes in K concentration and accumulation of various plant organs at maturity stage,and stem had the greatest K concentration and K accumulation.Both the values of K efficiency ratio(KER) and K utilization efficiency (KUE) for a particular genotype,estimated by grain yield,had different size order among all genotypes from those estimated by total biomass.The range of K need for production of 100 kg grain is 1.93~3.34 kg.The results of correlation analysis showed that grain weight per spike,dry matter weight per shoot,and harvest index had significantly positive correlation with,and K concentration in stem and K accumulation per shoot had significantly negative correlation with KER or KUE respectively.
