摘要
快速成型技术是目前非常普遍的模型制造技术之一,本文阐述了熔融材料堆积成型(FDM)技术的工作原理,以及该成型工艺对生成的产品模型表面质量的影响。主要从FDM成型方式和成型过程等方面分析了该成型技术造成模型表面质量不高的原因,提出了解决该问题的简单方法,经过多次试验获得了良好的效果。
Rapid Prototyping is one of the common technologies in model making industry. This article demonstrates the working principle of Rapid Prototyping of FDM, and the effect of the Prototyping craft on the surface of the finished products. It mainly focuses on the analysis of reasons why the technology of Rapid Prototyping causes coarseness on the surface of the models ftom the way and process of the FDM, and the simple effective solutions to the problem.
