摘要
昆玉河是贯穿北京西部城区的重要水系,拥有源远流长的历史文脉,其周边商业、文化、居住资源丰富,拥有得天独厚的区位优势,如何使昆玉河紧密地连接起周边众多资源,在当代城市生活中发挥更为积极的作用,创造更人性化的公共场所并建立现代休闲滨水开放空间模式,是此次项目研究和设计的核心。
Kunyu River runs over the west part of Beijing and enjoys long historical cultural traditions, and has rich resources of commercial, culture and residential as well as great position advantage. The heart of the research of this project aims to make the river connects various resources along it to play a more active role in modern cily life, create a more humanism public site and establish the modern recreational waterfront space.

EDSA Orient／由陈跃中先生担任首席设计师的EDSA Orient，汇聚150余位中外设计师，提供从规划、设计至现场指导的全程服务。EDSA Orient倡导“大景观”理念，主张景观设计须从项目的总体布局入手，按照生态和景观的原则合理地布局建筑及附属设施，对此，他们还提出了完整的理论框架和工作程序，并将其应用于生态系统规划、综合性土地开发、城市公共空间、社区居住环境、娱乐设施以及旅游度假设施等规划设计领域。
