摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症早期症状的临床特点。方法调查143例伴有早期症状的精神分裂症患者和140例同期住院无明显早期症状的精神分裂症患者的起病年龄、起病形式、病前性格、促发因素和临床表现。结果研究组137例知情意和行为障碍的波动明显。结论精神分裂症早期症状不典型,波动明显。
Objective To explore the clinical traits of early spmptoms of the schizophrenics. Methods Examining the ages at which schizophrenics comes on, the farms of coming-on of schizophrenics the disposition during illness the factors bring out schizophrenics and the clinical symptoms of 143 schizophrenics suffers with early symptoms and 140 in-patiens with no evident early symptoms suffering from schizophrnics in corresponding period. Results According to the study of 137 cases, there＇s an evident fluctuation in cognition emotion will and abnormal behavioars. Conclusion There＇s no typical symptoms in the early phase of the schizophrenia but there＇s an evident fluctuation.
