摘要
研究了环氧树脂、环氧砂浆、SBR胶乳水泥砂浆、SBR胶乳水泥净浆作为氯盐环境中钢筋防腐蚀保护层的性能.结果表明:钢筋表面涂布防护涂层有助于改善钢筋防腐蚀性能.涂层越厚,防护性能越好.环氧树脂涂层具有良好的防腐蚀性与电绝缘性.环氧砂浆涂层具有较好的粘附性、防腐蚀性及握裹力,可以作为不同直径与表面形态钢筋的防护涂层.
The property of surface coated steel bar in chlorine salt solution was investigated. The coating materials were epoxy resin, epoxy mortar, SBR latex cement paste and SBR latex cement mortar respectively. The results show that the steel bar coated with protection shell increases the ability of resisting corrosion. The thicker the coating, the better the corrosion resistance. The bars coated with epoxy resin have better corrosion resistance and electric insulation. As surface coating material, epoxy mortar has many good properties in adherence, resisting corrosion and gripping. It could he used as protection coating for all kinds of diameter and shape of steel bar.
