摘要
目的建立当归南枣颗粒中阿魏酸的HPLC方法.方法 采用HPLC法,选用C18柱,以甲醇-1%(φ)乙酸(体积比30∶70)为流动相,检测波长320 nm.结果阿魏酸在3.5~21 μg/mL范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程:Y=84300ρ+71480,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.16%,RSD=1.29%(n=5).结论 本方法简便、准确,可用于当归南枣颗粒的质量控制.
Objective To establish a method for quantification of ferulic acid in Danggui Nanzao granules by HPLC. Methods HPLC chromatography was conducted with a Cl8 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 txm) , methanol-1% acetic acid (30: 70) as a mobile phase, flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, UV detection at 320nm, and the column temperature at 30℃. Results Ferulic acid showed a good linear correlation in the range of 3.5 - 21 μg/mL, r = 0. 9998, with the average recovery was 99. 16% and RSD was 1.29% ( n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple ,accurate and reliable.
