摘要 目的 观察麦淀粉膳食治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法 选用住院的慢性肾功能不全(hronic renal failure, CRF)患者82例,依据患者身高计算出标准体重(kg)=身高(cm)-105,蛋白质按O.6 g/kg·d供给优质蛋白。 能量按≥126KJ/kg·d,供给共分为7个类别。连续使用麦淀粉膳食2周,观察使用前后患者的各项指标变化。结 果 连续使用两周后,血清Cr、BUN、UA均明显降低(P<0.05);血LYM明显升高(P<0.05)。其它指标均无明显 变化(P>0.05)。结论 用麦淀粉膳食供给CRF患者食用,能减少其毒素的生成,减轻肾脏的负担,解决营养不良 问题,延缓病情的发展,提高CRF患者的生活质量。 Objective To observe the medical effects of wheat starch diet on CRF patients. Methods 82 CRF inpatients were divided into 7 groups according to their standard body weight E (Height (cm)-105) kg] and were given 0.6 g/kgBW high quality protein and 126 kJ/kg BW energy per day according to their standard body weight for 2 weeks. Resuits After 2 weeks' treatment, the serum indices of Cr, BUN and UA were significantly decreased ( P〈 0.05), blood LYM significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), other indices did not have any statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The wheat starch diet can reduce toxin producing and kidney burdens, solve some malnutrition issues, postpone the disease deterioration and increase llfe quality of CRF patients.
