充电模式对阀控铅蓄电池循环寿命的影响 被引量:4

摘要 报道了充电模式对常温固化和高温固化阀控铅蓄电池循环寿命影响进行的对比试验。实验结果表明:充电模式是决定常温固化电池是否有较长循环寿命的关键;高温固化电池受充电模式的影响较小。因此,电池生产过程中采用高温固化工艺,有利于延长电池的循环寿命。 The influence of charge regime on cycle life of VRLA batteries cured at normal temperature and high temperature was introduced. The results showed that, the charge regime was the key factor that affected the cycle life of VRLA batteries cured at normal temperature. And the high - temperature curing VRLA battery was affected slightly by the charge regime. Therefore, the long cycle life of the VRLA battery may be obtained by high- temperature curing.
