Effect of conductive agents on the performance of positive electrode in lithium ion batteries

摘要 通过测定导电剂的吸水能力,研究了导电剂的振实密度与吸液能力的关系,结果表明:导电剂的振实密度越大,其吸液能力越小;反之亦然。利用充放电性能曲线、循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法研究了GD、SP、KS、SO四种导电剂单一和两两混合使用作为锂离子电池正极LiCoO_2导电剂时的电极性能。结果表明:SO和GD的混合物为导电剂时LiCoO_2电极的性能最好,首次放电容量为141.4mAh·g-1。 The relationship between the tap density and the liquid absorbility of the conductive agents was studied, The results showed the liquid absorbility decreased with increasing of its tap density. The effects of the single conductive agents and binary conductive agents consisting four kinds of carbon particles with different sizes in a LiCoO2 cathode on the performance of lithium ion secondary batteries were reported. The performance was studied by various electrochemical methods, e. g,, charge-discharge curves, A C impedance technique and cyclic vohammetry curves. The results showed that the battery properties were better when the conductive agents were SO + GD, and the first discharge capacity reached 141.4mAh · g^-1.
