摘要
劳动法制包括劳动立法与劳动法贯彻实施,以及劳动司法等一系列问题,本文从《劳动法》颁布的意义和《劳动法》贯彻实施取得的巨大成绩入手,进而探讨了《劳动法》本身存在的缺点与不足,在此基础上提出了进一步健全与完善劳动法制的构想。
Chinese labor and employment legal system involves certain issues, inter alias, labor anti employment legislation, implementation and juridical practice of labor and employment laws and statutes. In this regard, Professor Guan Huai, in this thesis, starting from the great interest for Chinese Labor Law (hereinafter referred as this law) promulgation as well tremendous efforts after this law was implemented thereby, makes a comprehensive statement about his views for certain issues that need improving for this law itself and its implementation thereof," and Professor Guan Huai further presents his suggestion thereof.
