摘要
农村劳动力的成功转移,是一个国家现代化进程中的必经之路。本文以劳动力转移理论为依据,分析了西部农村劳动力转移的影响因素;在借鉴国内外发达国家和地区经验的基础上,指出:发展职业教育,提高劳动力素质与技能,是实现中国西部农村劳动力成功转移的先导与关键;并提出了相应的对策建议。
The successful migration of rural labor to urban area is now widely accepted as a necessary process on the way of modernization for a country. According to the theory of labor migration in west China, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the labor migration in west China. Combined with the advanced experience from highly developed countries and regions,this paper points out that development of occupational education and improvement of labor＇s quality are the key and leading condition far successful migration of rural labors in west China and makes some countermeasures and suggestions.
