摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立以及用工制度的改革,雇员的流动性不断加大,高素质雇员的流失,直接影响到企业的竞争能力.雇员流失是有成本的,而保持也是有一个.因此,对高素质雇员的保持机理的研究就显得非常重要.本文运用不完全信息动博弈的理论,建立了雇员保持机理的博弈模型,研究雇员保持得纳什均衡及其双方的最优博弈策略,提出了组织保持雇员的相关政策建议.
With the establishment of racialism marketing economical system and the reform of employment system, the competitive capacity of business has been affected directly since the continuous enlargement of employee's fluidity and the abdication of qualified employees. The demission of employee needs cost and the preservation of employee also has a limitation of cost. So the study on the mechanism of preserving qualified employee looks very important. Through exerting the theory of incomplete information dynamic game, the game model of preserving employee mechanism was built. Furthermore, studying the strategy of NASH Balance on employee preservation and of the most optimized game, the relative administrative advice on organizing and preserving employee was brought forward.
