摘要
目的调查云南大理洱海周边地区恙螨的种类及分布状况。方法选择位于大理洱海周边地带的下关、挖色、喜洲3个方位的农舍、农田、灌丛和森林4种生态环境诱捕小型哺乳动物(小兽),选择小兽耳窝部位作为恙螨固定采集部位,用手术刀片刮取耳窝的全部恙螨,70%乙醇固定,Hoyer液封片后于显微镜下鉴定虫种。结果共捕获小兽3308只,经分类鉴定隶属4目7科14属21种。从3308只小兽共采集到恙螨幼虫56222只,经分类鉴定隶属3亚科13属109种,种类丰富,明显高于国内其他同类报道。结论云南大理洱海周边地带恙螨种类丰富,物种多样性高。
Objective To investigate the species composition and distribution of chigger mites in the surrounding regions of Erhai Lake in Dali, Yunnan, China. Methods Three regions （Xiaguan, Wase and Xizhou） surrounding Erhai Lake in Dali of Yunnan were chosen as the investigation sites. Mouse traps were randomly placed in four kinds of habitats, indoor habitats, cultivated fields, shrub areas and forests, to capture small mammals. Both the right and left ears of every captured small mammal were selected as fixed sites for inspecting chigger mites in the laboratory. All the chigger mites on the auricle and cochlea of both ears were scraped off by a bistoury and preserved in 70% of ethanol. Hoyer＇s medium was used to mount the chigger mites onto a glass slide and the mounted specimens of chigger mites were then identified under a microscope. Results 3 308 individuals of small mammals were captured from various regions and habitats in the field investigation and they were identified as 21 species, 14 genera, 7 families, 4 orders. 56 222 individuals of chigger mites were collected from 3 308 small mammals and they were identified as 109 species, 13 genera, 3 subfamilies. Conclusion The species diversity of chigger mites is high in the surrounding regions of Erhai Lake, Dali, Yunnan.
