摘要
目的用Meta分析的方法综合评价国内外有关TAP基因各位点多态性与1型糖尿病关联性的研究。材料与方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、MEDLINE和EMBASE数据库,收集所有相关的病例对照试验,应用RevMan4.2软件对符合条件的所有研究结果进行Meta分析,包括异质性检验、合并效应量以及评估发表偏倚。结果符合纳入标准的共12篇文献。TAP1-333V/V纯合子、TAP2-665A/T杂合子可能是1型糖尿病的保护性基因型,合并OR值及其95%置信区间分别为0.31(0.16,0.59)和0.46(0.30,0.72),P<0.05;TAP2D单倍体型可能是1型糖尿病的保护性单倍体型,其合并OR值和95%置信区间为0.67(0.47,0.93),P<0.05。TAP2F单倍体型可能是1型糖尿病的易感性单倍体型,其合并OR值和95%置信区间为2.51(1.62,3.90),P<0.05。结论1型糖尿病与TAP基因的多态性可能具有关联性。
Objective Evaluate all the studies about the association of TAP gene polymorphism and type 1 diabetes mellitus with meta-analysis. Material and Method Search was conducted on the following electronic databases: Chinese Bio-medicine Database, MEDLINE, EMBASE to identify all the relevant case-control trials. Statistical analysis was performed with RevMan4.2 to investigate heterogeneity, to combine the studies and to evaluate the publication bias. Results Totally 12 studies were recruited. TAP1-333-V/V, TAP2-665A/T might confer the protection for type 1 diabetes mellitus, their pooled OR and 95%CI were 0.31(0.16, 0.59) and 0.46 (0.30, 0.72) respectively (P〈0.05). TAP2D haplotype might confer the protection for DM-1, the pooled OR and 95%CI were 0.67 (0.47, 0.93)(P〈0.05). TAP2F haplotype might confer the susceptibility to type 1 diabetes mellitus, the pooled OR and 95%CI were 2.51 (1.62, 3.90)(P〈0.05). Conclusion TAP gene polymorphism might be associated with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
