摘要
“双轨制——定向式”组合模式,是一种由旅游院校和国际饭店集团共同参与的定向人才培养的新型办学模式,有效地解决饭店业管理人才的短缺状况以及饭店管理专业毕业生的流失,使人才培养真正起到对饭店业发展的支持作用。
The authors in this paper argue that the “Dual-directive”education module is a new model of directive education with both the educational institutions of tourism and international hotel groups as the co-educators. The module aims to curb the brain draining of hotel management graduates to other industries, and the high turnover rate of hotel talents. With this system education can play its due supportive role in the development of hotel industry.
